The Legislative Tax Bill Service provides summaries of all tax legislation introduced during the legislative session. Each digest includes brief comments on the impact each measure may have on the state tax system, with the primary focus being on fairness and administrative concerns. Provides the basis for the Foundation's written testimony submitted to legislative committees. Issued as each bill is analyzed.  Digests are now indexed by type of tax and may be printed directly from the pdf file.  For the current  2008 Legislative Tax Bill Service digests will be will be made available upon completion by staff.
